What's the best age to start learning a musical instrument?

Any age! A common thought is that it's best to learn playing an instrument as a child when the mind is still developing rapidly. However, there is no age limit to learning, and there are many benefits for adults who decide to begin learning! [TOP]

What levels do you teach?

We have instructors for teaching every level of student, from a beginner touching an instrument for the very first time to an advanced student working on a Master's Degree.

If you want to take your musical talents to the next level and play in competitions, Classical Tones has specific instruction to help you succeed. [TOP]

What styles of music can I learn?

Classical Tones teaches all genres of music, with a focus on classical. However, it can be a lot of fun to learn modern pop songs and movie theme songs as well! [TOP]

Do you travel for lessons?

Currently, we only offer lessons at the  studio or online via Zoom. [TOP]

Do you have any special deals?

If you have multiple children interested in taking lessons, we offer a 5% sibling discount for each child. Also, any referrals for new students will give the referrer a free lesson*! [TOP]

Why do you need my credit card number when booking?

We hold your credit card on file in the event of non-payment or a non-show, but do not charge you until your lesson.[TOP]

Can I cancel or modify a scheduled lesson?

As long as you make the change 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, you will not be charged. [TOP]

What is the difference between Classical Tones and a typical music school?

Our instructors take an extraordinary care in developing the curriculum of each student based on their individual needs. Hours at Classical Tones are much more flexible than a 9-5 school, and you are free to cancel or reschedule lessons as needed (24 hours notice required).

The major difference between Classical Tones and a typical music school is that we are offering our students a TRINITY MUSIC PROGRAM,  which is an excellent opportunity for students to not only enjoy music lessons, but also get a certificate from an accredited Trinity College London, UK and to receive a credit equivalence towards college in the United States.
