My 9 year old loves taking lessons with Alena. She has instilled a love of music in our son and he actually enjoys practicing!
We are so grateful when Alena opened up her studio in the community. She is an excellent piano instructor, very patient and supportive of her students. She matches the students’ skills with the piano pieces beautifully. It’s amazing to see and hear how much our teenager has improved in playing the piano in 4 months. He enjoys playing the piano everyday and always looks forward to his lessons.
Classical Tones is a wonderful music studio! Our son has been taking piano for several years at various studios here in Colorado and other states, and Classical Tones is hands down the best studio we have experienced. We are so glad Classical Tones is right here in Broomfield. I would highly recommend Classical Tones to anyone looking for a top notch music studio to learn and train.

Alena and Cameron have been a wonderful addition to our family's musical education. I have seen joy in my children and desire to play and practice piano, and even to perform at the recital. For years this has been our hope, for our kids to delight in learning music...we are so thankful to see it come to fruition!
Alena has been a great teacher for us. Alena always knows how to encourage our daughter in her piano lessons and to push her to do her best. Our piano lessons have been fun since our teacher always chooses beautiful pieces to play even though they can sometimes be challenging. I can confidently say that our teacher is devoted to teaching and we highly recommend her and Classical Tones.
BTW: Classical Tones classrooms are great: newly remodeled, clean, warm and very inviting.
My daughter joined Classical Tones for a Summer Camp in 2022. The camp offered to try three different instruments. This was a good opportunity to check on a favorite. During the school year she has been learning piano and just recently decided to also try chorus class with Mr Cameron.
The teachers are very talented and I have noticed how my daughter is progressing in her first months as a piano student. I really recommend Classical Tones. It has been a great addition to our community!
Alena is a great teacher! I'm learning technique and dynamics which are things I never learned as a child. She also teaches children and is very patient with them.
We absolutely LOVE Alena and Classical Tones. She has been flexible with our schedule, is super responsive, engaging with our son and he loves doing his 'piano homework'. For any level, I would recommend Classical Tones.
Alena is exceptional. She is patient, kind and has my daughter practicing with improvements every week! We are lucky to have found her for piano instruction 🙂
